    Seeing as i take my exam this comming monday - im working through allot of questions so ithought i might send a few testing questions out to people to test your knowledge so lets go!

    1.A user cannot connect to the internet from her workstation what should be done next?

    A. run diagnostic on the server
    B. Isolate her computer fomr the rest of the network
    C. have another user attempt to connect at his workstation
    D. change the NIC in her computer


    2.

    You receive an error message sayin "a duplicate address has been detected" after implememnting a plan of action, what standard troubleshooting model action should you perform.

    A. Document your results
    B. Test the result
    C. Identify the effected area
    D. Document the solutions



    answers on the back of a postcard to..........(just kidding)

    Do you actually know the answers or are you hoping someone will tell you them?

    If you do know them, then you can post them up, but use the hide option so that we can't see them til we've read the question.

    i do have the answers, they have been taken from various sections that i have answered incorrectly - i thought it would be interesting to see if others picked the same incorrect answers too?

    answers will be on tomorrow - :blink

    I had an almost identical question to the second one on my N+ exam yesterday.
