Passed VCP5

    Just thought I'd post my total surprise at passing my vcp5 exam this morning. Its been 2 years since I've had a go at an exam (and that was my vcp3). I've been studying desperately to upgrade my vcp3 to 5 before feb next year, and thought I'd have a dry run at the exam just to see what I needed to study. However I just managed to squeek in a pass (306 if your wondering).

    Whilst I'm glad I dont have to panic about completing it before feb anymore it has given me some good insights into what I need to play around with more within vsphere.

    I had my whats new course this week as well so I hope it wont take 8 months for vmware to send me the cert and list me a certified like they did the last time!

    Thanks Craigie, I dont think that it was harder from what I remember of the 3 just loads more stuff to study than the 3. :eek:

    Thanks guys, as I say I only just squeeked :oops: it in there but I'll take it and go over the bits and bobs it highlighted to me. I think I'll have an xmas break but might start back on the microsoft track after xmas.

    Thanks guys as I say it was a bit of a rush job and I wasn't as prepared asni would have liked to have been. However I ll take the pass. I think I might have a break for xmas then maybe try and upgrade to mcitp:sa next year
