Passed ITIL v3 Foundation

    From reading other forums it looks like most places only use ITIL as a guide and only take the parts that are relevant - where i work seem to anyways, and they see implementing the whole ITIL thing as a long term goal

    There's a bridging course alright for v2 to v3, think it's a 1 day course but not 100% sure. The practitioner courses are still v2 so the v2 foundation probably isn;t as obsolete as you'd think!

    Yes, so most of it seems to be basically common sense. But the style is a bit management-oriented, and I'm not used to that. I'm only doing it out of curiosity, since it seems to be featuring in several job ads lately, and I want to have some knowledge of the subject so as not to appear completely ignorant. I'll probably stick with v2 unless required to upgrade.
