Outlook problem

    Hi guys, I a customer of mine has a problem. They are using outlook and have recently changed from Microsoft BPOS to office 365 for their exchange mail server. Now their emails work fine, they can send and receive BUT the login box keeps reappearing every couple of minutes. Does anyone have any ideas? Is it something to do with the autodiscover service? Thanks.

    Could this be something to do with the OAB? Maybe a miss configuration of the internal address? Its been a while but Im sure something like this has happened to me before and that was the cause??
