    Hi folks,

Was hoping i could get some assistance with the following issue. I have a user who has editor permissions on her bosses mailbox, calendar etc. She is setting up recurring appointments between her boss and his direct reports. They set up fine without any problem. However, when she goes in to change some of the appointments, they are then dropping from her bosses calendar. Running XP Pro and Outlook 2003. Does anyone have any ideas of whats going on? Any help greatly appreciated!

    Thanks

    Archie

A couple of things spring to mind:-

1 - I know this is a stupid point, but I've seen it happen first-hand. Is the assistant definitely creating the appointments in the boss' calendar? I've known people that use the calendar 'tab' which only points to the local one and then wonder where they have gone.

2 - Cached Exchange Mode. Is it on?
