I am a member of 2 other forums mcseworld.com and tech-unity.com. however I tend only to go to them very infrequently as CF takes up most of my time.

If you visit them, you will find a reasonable amount of members from CF on the other forums as well.

what exactly is the appeal of a panty raid? Personally, I'm more interested in whats in them, just dont get it.

I only really visit here to be honest. Occassionally I pay a visit to Devcity.net, but only really when I have a problem I need help with. I dont contribute there like I do here.

The panty raid is for the boys that can't get in the panites while they are occupied.

you know. the girls could make a lot of money following in the footsteps of Japan, and just selling them to the boys.

I know that panties are almost as lovely a topic of conversation for a guy as beer, but this is about what other forums we visit.

AJ mentioned the two I frequent a lot. In addition (at least at work), I visit the:

    LaTeX Community.

I do some admin work at:

    The Linux Tutorial.

    I all too infrequently, visit:

    Python-Forum.org.

I really do most of my contributing here, since I have the strongest sense of community with the lot of you.

I'm active on a few IT-related forums, but have to say that I'm far more active on CF than anywhere else. I do post occasionally, and read daily, on dslreports.com's ATU(All Things Unix) forum. I help out when there's a chance on linux-tutorial.info, although it's not a very high-traffic forum. I also lurk a quite a bit, and post infrequently, at the Sigma forum on DPReview. I also subscribe to, and participate occasionally in, a few mailing lists such as debian-users, modsecurity, debian-exim4, the setup mailing list for Plone users.

I almost forgot. I'm also a member a few more forums where I post really infrequently: sharky's forums, Gnome support forum, Debian Help forum, and Debian User forum. They really don't have any type of active social areas like CF does though so it's only when I have a specific need or happen to go by and see someone with a problem that I know how to fix that I post to any of these.

I'm occasionally on the irc channels for Plone and Debian too.

I’m a trusted contributor at http://gadgetdetective.com/. The gadget detective is a guy named Fevzi, he does a phone-in slot on TalkSport on a Friday night/Saturday morning. Folks phone in with their computer problems and technology questions et al. He helps ‘em out and directs listeners to his website as there is no way that can all get to speak to him on the radio, they can ask their questions there and get some assistance.
