I suppose that I could have posted this in the news forum but it didn't exactly fit. It's not the usual "Training and Development" thread either but it does describe a type of free software someone could use to create a distance learning course. For whatever it's worth, I'm posting the link to the newsforge article below. Makes interesting reading, at least imho.
