    Just had confirmation from the BCS that I've been awarded Professional Membership - MBCS

    Yay post nomials :p

    Once the MCSA is out of the way, then I'll try to get around to doing something productive with it. :)

    Cheers matey. That's the plan.

    MCSE first, but yeah.. that's the plan. Only really limited by length of term at the moment. I guess they don't want young people being CITPs :p

    Maybe mate because its 10 years experience you need I think. I'm not sure if you need a degree too, maybe UKDS can confirm this?

    Degree's aren't pre-reqs. They purely reduce the amount of mandatory experience they expect from you.

    IIRC it's 10 years with no formal quals, reduced down to a minimum of 5 years depending on what qual you have. The new reqs include a breadth of knowledge test, so there's no cheating :p

    I'm currently sitting at 4 years, so I just need a couple more in my current position, which should give me ample time to complete MCSE :p
