Non Tech Related Certificates

I'm looking for taking some non tech related certificates. Well, so far what i found is maybe prince2, pmi pmbook and six sigma (which is way to expensive since i have to pay for it it by myself, looks like they don't offer test-only certificates).
So do you guys have any other recommendations? I'd love to take something in the innovation management, risk, marketing/communications field.
