Sorry if this is a re-post but does anyone know of good and cheap test exams I can practice on. Pref the new 601 and 602 exams.

I know there is transcender.com but its a little too expensive.

Any cheaper ones about?

You typically get what you pay for. Sometimes, low-cost exams are OK... but sometimes, low-cost exams are *worse* than studying nothing at all... especially if they teach you incorrect concepts.
