    Hi All

I am about to start to studying for the A+ but I have heard there is a new A+ 2009 exam? Is this right? Can anyone tell me what book I should look to buy, ive heard Michael Myers is a complete book? Has anyone done this with a good company or is self study the way to go?

    Many Thanks

    Adam

The Myers book is the best book for the A+ exam. The 2009 revision probably won't be released for at least several months, and usually CompTIA continues to make the "old" exam available for a short period of time, so if you start studying for the current exams, you should have time to complete them. Good luck!

Any books that will apply to the 2009 exams have likely not been written yet. As BJ says, you're safe to study for the current exams using the available materials on the market. The Meyers AiO is considered *the* study guide for the A+.
