Received an email from BT customer service surveys in response to an email i sent them about my nans phone bill (long story, starting off with a criminal act on the part of BT), which they forwarded on without any information and have not received any response yet.

Anyways to cut a long story short i ended the survey with something along the lines of

"the support you have given me so far is abysmal, but i am getting used to BT's lies.

Also you can shove Phorm up your a$$e$"

Good advice. Also don't text when drunk... the number of times I've done that... how embarrassing that can be!

Got one of those set up on my desk! The mouse/joystick ports have shorted out, however... I can no longer control the mouse cursor with a joystick. :( Wondering if I can get it repaired... hmm...

Just an update, eventually my nans bill was sorted, wonder if my Phorm remark (and previous phorm related threats) had anything to do with it.

Nice to see the BBC are covering the phorm story, although not quite at el reg level lol
