    Hello all,
    I have a big doubt....is it mandatory for a networking engineer to know about communications concepts like qpsk,modulation etc.etc... pl reply soon.....

    It's not mandatory, no.

    However, in order to get a job as a "networking engineer", you will need to be able to show at the very least a grasp of concepts relevant to the job you are applying for.
     
    Certifications: MCSE; MCITP; CCA, etc.
