Is Network+ worth doing if you have an MCSE or contemplating to finish MCSE? How difficult is it compared to 70-291,70-293 which focus on network infrastructure for MCSE. I will be doing Security+ but was wondering if I should also do Network+ to get some comptia certs under by belt.

As long as you have £180 to spend it is worth doing it. Study process will give you very good understanding of networking and many related topics. Obviously it is only valid if you're not planning to take shortcuts, pass exam and have piece of paper w/o real knowledge.
