Im looking to take a network exam as soon as possible. But should i opt for the Comptia Network + or the Microsoft equivalent 98-366. They both seem to cover the same stuff, ive not looked at the price just yet. Im edging towards the Microsoft version because my exams after will be the 70-680 and the 70-685, so everything will be all Microsoft from that perspective?

    Any ideas??

I'd say Network+ personally, precisely because it isn't vendor specific so you avoid any Microsoftisms and end up with the underlying knowledge you need.

But that's just me and I'm rapidly becoming an anti-MS curmudgeon following too much time looking after SBS!
