And I am REALLLLLLLLLLLLY not confident of a pass.
Taking the 004 on July 6th (was hoping to get the end of July but sadly not).

Got made redundant in May so spent a month looking for a new job. Managed to get a new job which is great, but trying to cram as much in as possible.

Taking the All In One Tests and averiging about 80% but really not confident at all.

Well, as expected it was a Fail.

GUTTED!! Really dont know why I struggled so much.

Back getting back on the horse as it were.

Just ordered the MCTS book from Amazon and looking to have the MCTS, MCITP 685 and MCITP 686 done by Xmas.
After that, back to the N+005 as I work towards MCSE (or MCSE which ever is still about )

 

Sorry to say this but if you struggled with the N+ you may struggle with the 686 exam as well, it's not just Win 7 because it covers a host of Enterprise level tech (SCCM, WDS, WSUS etc).

I think where I really screwed up was with being made redundant. I spent a month just looking for a job and just dipping in and out of the Network+ book / Messers.

At least now I know I am guaranteed work for the next 6 months at least.
The new role has a lot more focus on Windows 7 as I am doing a roll out for the entire company.

I am building up to it really, what with the MCTS then the MCITP 685. I am hoping that the next few months gets me a bit more hands on work with the Networking / Windows 7.
