Need help for 2nd Line support interview at Xerox

    Hi there

    Well i have been trying to get a job in IT ever since i graduated almost 2 years ago.
    Finally landed an interview at Xerox at the helpdesk
    I am really wanting to get this job to start a career in IT

    The email i got says ''The interview will be competency based style questions, testing on your technical knowledge. ''
    I have lots of knowledge of computers in general but not so much with printers etc

    Would anyone happen to know what kind of questions i may be asked?
