    Anything below 18k and ill be on bread and water, sitting in a dark corner listening to the radio :biggrin

    I think ill stop passing out my CV till I get some hands on experience (even once a week for a month would do wonders for my soulless CV) and pass my network+. I really wanted a IT career before I turn 24 in october, but even a bit after then is as good a time as any.

    All the entry level jobs i see are around £18k but i live in london...is that about right? I don't see any jobs for 12-15k :S

    It can be - some of the entry level work for my company is about £16-19k for 1st line support - and I'm London based also.

    Hold Up, you get almost 21K basically serving food?? I'm obviously doing someting wrong lol. Anyway good info in this thread I'm about to send out my entry level CV too.
