i read that the wininstall lite is a good freeware application to create and modify MSI files?

Can anyone recommend a good one they;ve used whether licensed or free to own?

    many thanks in advance.

I use Wininstall LE (free version) to build basic MSI packages, however I have had some problems with certain software programs. However for the majority of software that we have to create MSI packages for, it's ok. I did buy Wise Installation Express, but to be honest it was too complicated and after reading the manual for 1/2 hour, I still wasn't sure that it could do what I wanted (I'll probably look at it again sometime when I have more time). I have also used Ranger Package Builder, but that doesn't always work.
