A colleague wants publisher 2000 installed.

She already has a mixture of 2003 and 2000 office programmes already installed.

When I go to install it and use the customize section, I'm guessing it will allow me to select previous versions of office that I can keep...but what happens to anything that is 2k3?

Is it best to install it on a different file path so that it doesn't wipe newer versions of office, or will those versions be fine?

(I seem to recollect someone doing this a few years back when I was at another company and they wiped everything except the new program that they had just installed)

Also, should 2000 pro come with publisher?? Can't see it on our copy?

    Cheers and sorry!! ,

    L
