I am preparing for the MOS Word 2013 Expert 1 & 2 Exams (77-425 & 77-426) and I wanted to know if writing Macros in VBA is asked a lot. If so, where can I practice this?

I was practicing for the exam from the MOS 2013 Study Guide for Microsoft® Word Expert by John Pierce and it just briefly touched upon the topic of writing macros towards the end.
