Microsoft to run VMware on Azure, on bare metal

    VMware had already joined forces to run VMware technologies on bare metal with AWS, which in truth is why I'm studying for an AWS cert, to compliment my VCP knowledge. You can read more about it and the awesome features like elastic DRS here.

    Microsoft have now announced, and I'm surprised to be honest, that you will soon be able to run your VMware environments on Azure bare metal! Hybrid cloud set to dominate the landscape bigger than ever! Read more here.

    I guess I better look at doing one of the Azure Architecture exams after my AWS SA Associate :)
