Apparently, I need to renew my password for the Microsoft extranet portal.

I know this because I have received an automated email from Microsoft reminding me.

Every day.

For the last THREE WEEKS.

I know! I know!

But, you see, I can't renew it because I've forgotten my old one...

Help me!

What about their helpdesk/computer?

 

I am sure you can contact the MCP support guys and ask them to send you a password. try [email protected]

You would need your email address and MCP ID number.

Thanks, but it's not an MCP issue.
I did a job for them a while back which gave me access to their extranet. Thing is, I don't use it any more so it doesn't matter (and just TRY getting hold of the MS helpdesk). It just seems like overkill to send quite so many messages when we're all trying to cut down on this sort of thing.
