A big BAH HUMBUG from me!!

Christmas is now over for me. Had a big row with me parents who were staying until boxing day. Now thier planning on going home xmas eve. Don't even matter that the kids will get upset about thier leaving! Just because i won't apologise for something i didn't do, my mothers got in a strop and is saying they plan to leave. So fek 'em i say, let em go. If the kids get upset it won't be because i forced my parents to leave, they go of thier own free will.

So it's a miserable christmas from now on, i'll just sit here getting drunk, and everyone can just go fek for thier presents. Sick to death of being told i shouldnt do this and i spent too much on this person or that present.

Family really sucks at times, and sometimes family sucks full time. I have one brother I haven't spoken to in a decade because there are such hard feelings between us, and another that only speaks to me when he wants something from me, yet has told me we should never be anything more than acquaintances because I'm just not worth knowing.

So, I completely understand your frustration with family who give you no respect yet expect the world in return. Hope things get better for you though.

 

Doesn't matter when He was born... the celebration of His birth is currently on December 25. Yes, I know that Christians originally celebrated it on January 6 - though nobody knows if THAT was his birthday either. Moot point.

 

Im not a great fan of Christmas, Its all a big commercial rip off nowadays, I want to buy gifts for loved ones because I want too, not because I "should". There is far too much pressure around the whole occasion.

Plus im working on Xmas Eve, hohoho.
