    also my gf is thinking about doing some of these courses. she wanted to know if a getting a degree in computing, it business, what are the chances of her getting employment in the usa???

    by the way shes a uk citizen looking into immigrating to the usa and a employer for her to sponser her. I wanted to know if those degrees are eligible for sponsership.

    Basicaly she needs a 'green card'. Now it may have changed since I last looked (which was a long time ago) but there were basicaly two ways of getting one.

    1) Get one on the annual program of limited availability

    2) Be so good that a USA company needs you and
    a) no USA equivalent can be found and
    b) You aren't stoping an American from getting the job.

    I'd be interested to hear if this has changed.

    welll i know that with a IT degree u can immigrate there i guess. there in demand. i just wanted to confirm if computing and IT business qualify as well/

    As far as I know an IT degree is not enough. You need to get detailed info from people in the know though.
