The MCPD EA 3.5 exam path requires:

70-536, 70-505, 70-562, 70-561, 70-503 and 70-565.

All the exams except the 565 seem to be based on tangible topics that can be measured. Leastways, that's how I read Microsoft's definition of the exams.

What puzzles me a bit is the 70-565 (designing and developing Enterprise applications) exam which relies on all the above as prerequisites. Reading what the 70-565 requires I sort of get an impression that the exam is open-ended and subject to how you interpret and elect to implement an EA application. That is, rather than being a concrete exam there's an element of 'freedom' in how you use the material in applications. Has anyone done the 70-565 exam? Can you tell me if it's based on actual course content or is it assessed some other way?
