Mail chaos!

    support tickets, angry phone calls. e-mails were not being delivered at a client. it was all our fault and we were going to have our trousers taken down....

    sure enough an ndr was received when i sent a test mail. Exchange was up. quick look at mxtoolbox and i noticed the mx records were incorrect. What had happened? The client had not bothered to pay the host on time who apparently automatically revert A and MX records to themselves on such billing issues!

    Moral of the story: Pay your *!*!ing bill automatically :biggrin
