I'm not quite sure about what you have in mind but the Macromedia site has a lot of info and tutorials if it's just info you need or basically to start learning. Other than that I can only recommend looking at local colleges for any courses. On saying that, I have heard about a Macromedia certification program somewhere but I can't remember where but looking at the MM site I found this certification program. Hope this helps.
