    Hi All,
    Just doing some Pen Test training and got told about a handy website that keeps track of all the latest Live Linux CD Distro's and rates them. Handy for keeping up to date with the latest and most popular distro's http://www.livecdlist.com/

    Backtrak3 with my own updates injected using mySlax. Its the best IMO and the CPTS course uses it a lot, as does the CEH. Tons of tools and I boot mine off a USB stick so I could use almost any PC as my workstation providing its motherboard can boot off USB. I also have it in VMWare but you don't get the full functionality you would directly booting off it, something to do with Microsoft's take on TCP/IP I think. Jim

    I keep a cd handy just in case but theres not much call for it in my job really

    It started off as a hobby for me mate back when I was a Mainframe Op. Have a play :twisted:
