Linking to Pages and Frames

I'm using frames on one of our sites, to produce our menu and header. I want to link directly from outside the site (ie, an email) to a particular page, but if I do so, the page appears without the frames.

How do I set the pages so that they will pull up the frames?

yeah, that kind of thing. Was kind of hoping to not involve javascript though, but I suspect I'll have to.

did you get it fixed Fergal? Did you have to go with JS?

 

I havent done it yet, but I'll need to at some point. Its likely going to need the JS stuff to be honest. Cant find anything else to do it, although its ASP pages im using, so I suppose I could maybe work something around on that.
