Last three days

Counter to the normal trend, I figured I would post the experience of my last three days in my current role

The day has not actually arrived, It's looking like it will be Friday

Today I'm doing some general house keeping, I unfortunately have two proposals on the go that I am unlikely to finish by Friday, as I have an expo to attend tomorrow to meet with some clients and upper management to lay out the plan going forward after my departure, so that kills tomorrow as well, leaving only Friday, which will likely be final hand over with the team and the formal stuff with HR

Not much more to my last three days really, I don't have anything else lined up so am looking forward to a bit of a break, as you may of read in my Coming to America thread I got an interview date scheduled for May the 15th, so have lots to get on with before then (Medical exam, Psyc test etc) and I'm hoping to book a 3 day intensive course to finish getting my drivers license
There's also a high probability that my current employer will want to retain me on a contract basis to help them through the transition until they find a replacement, so that could keep me a little entertained (we will see, I resigned for a reason after all!)

Ironically, I just finished day 3 at my new job, 3000 miles from my house (we go to settlement on the 25th) -- in sunny Los Angeles. So, I've got a bit of Ryan's moving and Trip's first three days. I'd write about it, but I'm tired

Actually, I did about 2 weeks ago. I had a wife, a LARGE trailer, 2 cats, and 2000 miles to go. I would have loved to stop by though

No offense, bro, but I ain't ever going back the same way I wouldn't trade the experience for anything, but it wasn't the ideal way to move.

Still, I would like to see Nashville. I'm not a country music fan, but I can play a mean guitar
