    This is not a microsoft problem. This is a problem with Thomson Prometric. They are always unreliable, (never used them, but heard from quite a few people). If you want to solve this problem, use VUE at:

    I've had just the opposite problem. Prometric has always worked well for me. Even when they've had a technical problem, they've always bent over backwards to make the testing experience fair. VUE has been a pain in the neck. This may however, vary from center to center. Also, my experience is in the US so there may also be a difference there.

    and no i havnt always lived down the road from him
