So Kenny Dalglish has been sacked by Liverpool, thought he would be given one more season in charge. Sorry to see the King go.

Roberto Martinez, probably. Poisoned chalice, that job. Much like the Chelsea job

 

Am really hoping they bring back Benitez, think he has some unfinished business still...

 

he had a real impact when he took over...shame it went downhill soon after. Martinez would be a good choice.

 

Think it's too soon for him, bad choice if he is appointed.

I have no sympathy for Dalglish what so ever, all i can say is gutted lol. Simply because whenever ive seen an interview with him after or before a game his come across as an idiot. Some of the things he use to come out with were hilarious.

Not sure who theyl get in next but the papers seem to think Martinez......will be interesting.

 

Just heard through a reliable source the american's will not be approaching Martinez & Benitez. But still would like Benitez to come back.

 

I've seen a lot of chat about Brendan Rodgers being chased by 'Pool to replace the so called King Kenny.

Personally I think Liverpool fans are to sentimental towards Kenny because of his past. I think his managerial style and playing style is outdated, He spent a small fortune buying what most would describe as barely even average players and led Liverpool to their worst season in 19 years!!

I am genuinely shocked at how many people appear to have been surprised by Kenny's sacking. I thought it was inevitable with the way they have played this year and the new players inability to play football.

 

The rumour in the papers this morning is that it's going to be AVB now lol

 

He would be great addition.

Yeah I think so, and £20m for Henderson, who whilst I think could be a half decent player he has been atrocious and Kenny should of dropped him, but he didn't.

Then don't get me started on 35m for Carroll, had a good few games tail end of the season, but for that money you could have bought much much better IMO.
