Hey everyone!

I live on the East coast of the US. I work for a copier dealership and my job responsibilities include normal printer/scanner installations and document management solutions for our customers (Doculex, Globalscan, eCopy, etc.), as well as help administrate our network and support our employees.

I just started knocking off certifications, becoming an MCP (admittedly I took a test my boss told me I could pass with no reading, 70-271) and also got my Net+

I'm now looking at the 70-272 next to finish the MCDST, 70-270 to start working towards becoming an MCSA, and a CDIA+ which is key in the copier industry. Maybe if I beg enough you guys will add a CDIA subforum!

Anyway, this seems like a great place to ask questions and get a general feel for some of the exams I'm going to be up against. I guess I should go start reading
