Hi all! :D Short question I'm thinking what book to learn JavaScript Bible by Danny Goodman or :duel JavaScript Programer's Reference (Programmer to programmer) by Cliff Wooton (Wrox). Any sugestions, which is beter, or maby both of them is not the best if it is so then which is the best? :confused3 Thank you in advance.

Have you gone to Amazon and check out the reviews? Sometimes that helps me when I'm trying to decide between two or more books. Also, look at the book descriptions to see which one fits your skill level and what you're trying to learn.

For example, some books state up front that they are a mile wide and an inch deep, meaning that they teach all of the different options available but only at a very basic level. Others cover only a few options but do so to the point of going from beginner to expert level in those areas.

Some books require prior experience in programming in another language (for example) while others are aimed at someone who's not programmed at all. Of course, JavaScript is considered something of a "beginner language" so I imagine that most books on the topic are aimed at the programming newbie.
