wow. just returned from a 3 day course in ITIL foundation in London. my head is ready to explode. Think i did quite well in my exam though, so in a few weeks you may see an actual certification being added to my list.

Found a couple of processes quite interesting actually, mainly continuity Management, very interesting.

Must see if i can convince work to send me on the Practicioners exam, that would be cool.
