    Did not mean it this way.
    I did a bit of research last night,( because i just applied for job(entry level) and they mentioned it as an advantage.) so i found some part very handy. So i want to put my hand on one of the books mentioned before, read it through, and if i still find it interesting then i put it on my cv. And i had no chance to embarrass myself until now, as i mentioned i have no feedback yet.:(

    I did mine self-study from a CD. I can't think that a taught course would offer anything other than a lighter wallet !
    Make sure you know the difference between Problem Management and Incident Management. If you already work in an ITIL environment it should be easy.

    Hello,

    I am also considering ITIL courses and currently studying at home. Looking for recommendations - which provider, etc. Also any info on any governement fundings/loans for unemplyed would be appreciated.

    How much is the foundation exam to sit at a Prometric/VUE centre?
