    Well, my resume got around, and it was no secret about my previous career as a mechanic. Then, when I was spied replacing a RF window regulator at lunch, the cat was out of the bag. If it's broken, the IT guy can fix it....and yes, I've spent many an hour assembling desks and chairs, or repairing pretty much anything. Last week, I drilled and tapped a bolt hole for the arm on a chair. Personally, through my work career, I was over hearing "that's not my job!" :rolleyes:

    Of course, if I was employed at a company with a Facilities department, this probably wouldn't be necessary. Still, if I have the ability, why not use it?
