Which website did you use before you came to the UK, sorry?

    Couldn't resist

    Back on topic though,

Personally, I think the best thing to do would be to go there and try to find any job, as been mentioned above.
Then, start doing whatever it takes to get a job in IT. In the meantime work on your language skills and try to get to know local job market better.
I'd love to move to Sweden at some point. By all means go mate. Good luck.

Anyway, i think they made that portal for those idiots who want to move from A to B. Just because they think that is better.

I'm sure Sweden is lovely for lots of reasons.

But then, most of us live in complete sh1tholes because that's where the jobs are.
Me in Newport, Zeb in Croydon.
    It aint pretty.

Asking what certs are valid in Sweden is a bit of an odd question.
(I'm being serious now, so there :biggrin)

Given that you live (full time or part time) there, you're really the one to answer that for us, not the other way round.

The real question is 'what IT skills are in demand in Sweden'.
    Different ballgame.

Does Sweden have support call centres?
    Do they produce computer games?
    Do they have managed datacentres?

Don't get confused between the requirements for skills and the need for certs.

I imagine the OP has seen a Swedish newspaper vacancies page, which is more than I have.
Not that I could have read one if I'd seen it.

Although I'm pretty good with an Ikea catalogue now.

    Hi

I work for a company that has a branch in Sweden, I know Tsm and Aix are sought after talents there, especially with the likes of Swedbank and Ikea.
