Following on from @Rob1234 post back in May, (ISC)2 is offering their entry level cyber security training and exam for free, albeit limited amount available (UK only).

"To bolster the UK’s cybersecurity workforce, (ISC)² is offering the (ISC)² entry-level cybersecurity certification exam and education course to 100,000 individuals in the UK for FREE."
