Ipod Touch 2G Tethered Jailbreak - redsn0w!

So a few days a go the tethered jailbreak was releaced - now I do already know of the fact that it is not able to reboot because outherwise it does not boot the jailbreak and stuff - so I was just wondering - is the Dev team or any other deam for that matter going to make a full jailbreak?

If so how far in the future will it be?
