I want to do my CCNA

    I am sorry to find that I broke the Forum Rule, but I just wonder that, if they dont want it to be availiable to the public, why didnt they protect it at least by password.

    Because it's not Cisco who was offering up their own data... it was a university in Taiwan that was offering up Cisco's data, which is protected by copyright law. Thus, the university is offering it up illegally.
