i know this would be a lot easy for you however some little things screw my head

1- first one, in GIMP if there is more than text and after i write for the first one then
pass to the second and back to first one, can't change text again why not?

2-second one is how to use the fcking crop feature. For example you have an image
and wanna edit it. It has a text in. Think of this is a big picture and you want to
protect the part even under this text. When you crop the text, the other
whole is not available but you wish using except the text part. Maybe it will be
sophisticated so that i will put an image for you just understand easily.

lets see what you can do. In that picture, as you can see there is a text. I wanna
just removing this text and writing soemthing else there. Also the part under
the text has to be protected(not be removed). how can i do this?

3- think of same picture again and another question related to it. Consider
i wanna remove text part completely. And when i do that, other people
shouldn't understand that there is a text before. (they suppose it is a textless
    picture.)

In other words, when i do the job of removing text, background shouldn't seem
    weird. how?

I don't use Gimp, but I'm sure there are many forums on the 'net that have tutorials and the like.

A quick search threw up this which might be useful.
