i am certified CCNA security at May 9th 2010 and did not recieve my certification kit yet.
i tried to follow this link https://ciscocert.secure.force.com/english/MainPage but i failled i want your help because i will end CCSP track soon and afraid that will happen again

Hi there,

It should state on your transcript after completing the exam the web address for this information.

You can try this link entering in your cisco.com ID - this will give you the options of where to have your certificate mailed to along with any "kits" you are applicable for.

It may be possible that Cisco are waiting for you to verify your address (I had to verify mine before they would send my CCNA certification kit to me).
