    sorry to go of tangent but the binary answer remined me of my cricket scores last year 11010011
    back to the question i spent the last 10 years dealing with customers happy or not best way is never interupt keeping calm is the main key

    The other option is to do as a friend did - find another job

    He was working at a large Telco, but on the home user call center. After nothing but complaint calls, he found another call center job.

    He now works for a rewards company (i.e. Air Miles; Aeroplan; etc...). All calls (> 90%) are people calling to redeem points. Rarely any complaints. It’s utopia as far as he’s concerned. :)

    May not be the ideal resolution...
