    LOL.

For some reason I hadn't seen this before..... I quite literally qualify as the "granddaddy" on CF. I am granddaddy 8 times over, 7 granddaughters and only 1 grandson. :(

LOL - this must be one of those forum topics that is dragged up from time to time, reminding me that, contrary to what you I believe myself, lief DID exist on this forum before I dragged my sorry ass over here :D

32 - 33 in a couple of months - for what its worth.

Mental age of - oh, I don't know, about ten?

Currently feel about 70 though, due to ridiculous pressures at work - I'm currently doing a big investigation on content violation and its taking up a ridiculous amount of my time and effort.

LOl - i didn't put that in the best manner did I?

Its internal staff breaching our AUP - most of them are admin staff but there are a couple of coppers.

A couple of them are DEFINITELY headed for a visit from cuddly Mr P45 in the not too distant future - especially the three people working in the same office who appear to spend all day on the internet, or using the force's mail system for personal use, or attempting to circumvent my proxies to get on web messengers or web-based mail (grrrrrr)

Built up a massive case against them for our compliance department - they're just about to get their worlds rocked and I'll be there laughing when it happens. The thing is - I wouldn't have been so aggressive about it if it weren't for the fact that I'd warned two of them in particular on more than two occasions, and hadn't found, during my 'digging' into their mailboxes, several references to the IT department (i.e. me) being 'wankers' (amongst other, less savoury terms). When i rang one of them last week to warn her again about persistent attempts to get round the messenger filters, she got stroppy with me - even after I reminded her of the signed AUP consent form I had from her.

These people make me sick - it looks like, basically, they have been earning a living wage for psising about all day on the net - then have the cheek to moan when its taken away! I have a feeling their line management is going to be brought to task over the seemingly lax management of their staff!
