I had an interview coming up to 3 weeks ago for HP, does anyone have any idea how long it takes for them to make a decision, in companies of a similar size.
I was told I would be informed of their decision either way, from the feedback I got at the time the interview went well but now Ive not heard Im getting worried!

Not directly related but I used to do HR for Customs and Excise before it became HMRC, sometimes we would be pulling from lists 4 - 6 months old - so there is still hope.
