No doubt, while mine were growing up, there was no way of keeping the little yard-apes off of you. The grandkids were the same way too. And the worse they feel, the closer they'll want to be to you. Be a good time to reinforce the importance of hand-washing and nose-wiping. Good luck Sunn.

Are you kidding? I wouldn’t even know how. They look/wait for me only when they’re ill. :ohmy
All other times they’re playing and looking for the grandparents to get spoiled (grandparents are over all the time). Great babysitting rates

Yes......, but what we're really doing is teaching the little ruggers all the little tricks their parents pulled on us at their age. Vindication I call it. I just love it when I hear their parents say they can't figure out where they're learning this stuff.

I had it last week. My fever was 40.7 degrees centigrade. Never seen a doctor that fast: within 20 minutes he was over at my place and prescribed some medication to get the fever down. Spended about 4 days in bed (that's what the doctor ordered) and started working again today. My head is still thick and my vision is not very clear, but hee, you can't win them all.

    Hope you get well soon.
Did Mitzs give this to you?

That's a lost courtesy over here. You have to go to see them. Go figure. You're feeling bad, so you expose yourself to other people that are also feeling bad in hopes that the one person exposing themself to all of the others might make you feel better. I like your way.

Holy moly... that's 105 Fahrenheit! No wonder the doc came over... that's dangerous! :ohmy

    That'd be a trick... I haven't seen her face-to-face for years! :D

With that temperature I guess the doctor will come fast. Normally he makes housecalls, but not during the morning. I guess he considered me an emergency.

    I would hope so.

I still can't get over a doctor making house calls. That's great. You just don't see that much around here anymore. Ambulance service here in the city can run about as quick or sometimes a little quicker, but there's no doctor on board.

Seems you're feeling better now and that's what's important.
