    That stuff can be hard to get rid of but google is your friend.

    Tried Windows Malware remover-no good. I think it is a complete reinstall?!

    The way I'd remove a tool bar like this is with HijackThis. Not an easy tool to use, but does the job.

    I've also used HiJack this and it really works well, give it a try if you havent done so.
