I've just found this forum, and i reckon it could be of use. I guess lots of you are in / have been in my situation, so I'm here to get / offer support etc.

One thing i have noticed already before even doing any exams is that apparently not many people live in Wales (well there's only one test centre in Wales and that's all the way up in Bangor, whereas I'm all the way down in Cardiff!). So finding a close test centre is a bit of a pain for a start. Anyway, that's enough moaning from me, hope to speak to you all soon!

No shortage of testing centres here too - at least one in Cardiff, because we use it...

Where's that one then? I've looked on the vue (actually that one didn't work) and prometric sites, and couldn't find any listed o_O. If i can find the cardiff one, i'll book some tests the week after next!

Anyway, it's good to know i'm not alone in Wales anymore!

Oh aye, by the magic round-about. Are they just the standard prices there, or do they stick some on top?

 

Prices are standard.
Testing centres are not allowed to mark up exam prices.
However, it is possible to get exam vouchers elsewhere at a reduced price.
